Replacement mic stand clips for Munitions Case
The 12-harp case is great, the mic stand mounting is great (but tricky to align with the mounting holes in the case), and the customer service is great. Only problem is that when one of the mounting clips broke, and I had to replace it, the "Accessories" page on the web site did not have the replacement clips, so I had to contact tech support to order them. Not a big deal; just a slight inconvenience. This Battle Plan Munitions Case is still the best live gig harmonica holder in town - I know of nothing else like it.

Just what I needed!
As a one-man band on guitar, I couldn't get a decent sound from my blues harp combined with my Shure 520.

Hello Partrick. I'm sorry to hear that you were surprised by customs duties and were left unsatisfied. Why did you not contact me for help?
Our website clearly states in the FAQ and the terms and conditions of sale that we cannot collect any import taxes or duties at the checkout and that they are the buyer's responsibility. Since 2021, the EU has charged VAT on all imports outside the European Union. It is entirely outside of our control.
Your order specifies an adapter for a Bulletini mic, which was attached to the unit in the package. What do you think you received, and how does it differ from what you expected?

Great solution for a guitarist who plays blues harp!
I play guitar and harmonica in my blues rock band. This is my 2nd time buying gear from Battle Plan. This time around, I purchased the Bullet Buddy and Ammo Clip for a Shure 520DX. A few years ago, I was very satisfied with the rig I bought for my Nady VH1, but I was pleasantly surprised with a yet more improved design and material of the new Bullet Buddy. I'll likely place an order very soon for another Bullet Buddy rig for a 520DX.
