Had some trouble to start

Had some trouble to start. Decided to give the 24/7 help line a try. Connected with a good man named Paul. He walked me through the whole diagnostic process and eventually helped me figure my problems out. Without Paul I would not have gotten the help I needed!

My Experience with Angel

I had a really positive experience with the support team at Battlelog.co
, especially with Angel.

I contacted support to check whether Vic had seen my follow-up request since I didn’t have enough time to fully finish my ticket. Telegram was also acting up and my messages weren’t going through, so I was a bit worried about communication issues.

Angel responded quickly, stayed patient throughout the conversation, and immediately reassured me that the admin had already been informed. He also confirmed that Vic would reach out through Discord instead, which solved the issue completely.

What I appreciated most was how polite and attentive Angel was. The conversation felt natural and helpful rather than robotic, and he made sure everything was clarified before ending the chat.

Overall, excellent customer support, fast communication, and a very friendly attitude. Thanks again to Angel and the Battlelog.co team!
