I had Problem, that solved immediately.

Purchased a replacement battery for a Dyson vacuum cleaner. Worked for about 3 months then it died. I contacted for a repair or replacement, sent evidence of the issue. Company says it offers a warranty of 12 months but has refused to replace the faulty battery. Do not buy from them. Bad quality and bad customer service.

Ordered a battery that was supposed to arrive within 5 days. It's now day 6 and it has been in custims for 2 days already. Though they say they ship from the Netherlands, actually they clearly first ship from country of origin (presumably China). Enquiry was not answered. Still waiting.

Great Service, and support. Already the Second time receiving Produkts from battery zone. Its also not the Service that counts its also the quality of the product which was great and still using the Battery I purchased 2 years ago .
Also have to mention 2years ago it took 1,5months to get the product but baterry zone seems
changed the delivery company and now it arrives within 2weeks .

18650 Battery should be around 65mm long. These ones are >70mm long.

...and they arrive with 0V reading and had to be "re-vived".

Also, in the box was a broken crappy flashlight for 18650 batteries that I had not ordered. Funnily, the batteries didn't fit into that flashlight, either.
