The Batteries arrived in a timely fashion and good condition. The UPS unit started with no problems.

The two SigmaTek 12V 9Ah batteries arrived only 4 and a half days after the order was placed and cost half as much as another brand name purchased locally. The batteries they replaced lasted approximately two years in light duty UPS service. I will be absolutely delighted if the SigmaTek last at least two years in the same application as the original batteries. Thanks for a wonderful online purchasing experience.

The battery I ordered a few weeks back has failed. It is a back up battery for my home cable service. The one it replaced lasted several years. This is not a very good example of service. I will have to purchase another one from a local battery store. Maybe you all better check the shelf life of your batteries.

This is my 1st time ordering from BatterySharks. The pricing was good,shipping was fast and the battery was packed very securely. CS kept me apprised of what the status was of the order; which was great. They had sent me an email today that the battery was delivered but it had not arrived at the time of the email. It was due in by the end of today and it did indeed arrive when the tracking said it would. I called into CS to let them know that the battery had not arrived and I was checking to see if it was delivered and someone took it before I saw it. The gentleman I spoke with this morning had no idea that the email was sent and had no idea what I was talking about. His English was very hard to understand too. Besides that; I don't have any issues with CS or the battery. My old battery is fading fast and this new battery will be my backup when the other one finally dies. The battery looks great and I don't foresee any problems with it. When I put it into service and am having any issues; I'll contact CS.

Got battery in the mail quick. Put in quad and has very low voltage quad turned over for about 1 minute and battery is already dead.

I needed a battery quick and cheap, so decided to give these guys a chance. The battery shipped really fast and arrived on time. I didn't expect much for such a cheap battery to be honest, but it fit perfect and works great so far! I have zero complaints, and will be back in the future!

Great price on my generator battery, very fast shipping. The battery arrived damaged from shipping, I called batterysharks and got help from a very nice guy that talked in clear English, two days later UPS dropped of a replacement, no problems or core return they just made it right. You just cant do better than that.

I ordered batteries from you for our emergency exit lights in 2012 as I found the invoice from that time. So here it is in 2019 and I go to replace these again and Battery Sharks once again had the lowest price and it was easy to order these from your web site. I ordered these and a few short days later they arrived. Hard to find a problem with any of that! I'm completely satisfied.
