I was dragged along for months waiting for a battery first it was on backorder then they didn't have the raw materials to make it then they just cancelled my order. Why sell something you don't have

batteries are garbage right out of the box and they want you to return to another country. SCAM DONT WASTE YOUR TIME

I paid a premium for two Dyson V7 replacement batteries (about $75 each), specifically to avoid the early failures you get with cheap ones. One died at six months; the other still works fine. Customer service confirmed it's covered under the 12-month warranty — but told me I must pay shipping both ways, and that a replacement only happens if the battery passes their own inspection. On a battery at this price, return shipping eats much of the value and all the risk sits with the customer. The warranty technically exists, but it isn't worth using. I won't buy here again.

Their web site said order $129 and free shipping. It doesn't say as a battery only. For my company, I ordered a $128 battery with a $2 clip and they said I didn't meet the minimum and the clip did count for a minimum, so they charged ~$36 shipping fee. I called several times and was told I'm first in line and after 1/2hr I would hang up. Chased them via email and I finally got a response saying the clip doesn't count to my purchase. I said under shipping it doesn't say anything even in small print. They still would send a generic email saying too bad and thanks for doing business with us. Thats the last time I will do business. Easy fix but they don't want to please the customer for $36. Never again.

Battery clerk sends me an incompatible battery for my polaris rmk 800 155 assault its too big to fit,now they are trying to say that if the Battery isn't defective they want me to pay for shipping! The battery they sent is the wrong one! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone,buyer beware they will try to rip you off!

This company is a scam. They don’t keep products in stock, even though their website advertises 1–2 day shipping. You’ll place an order, pay extra for 1-day shipping, and then wait weeks, or even months, before anything is shipped. A short delay is understandable, but this is unacceptable. They also won’t let you cancel your order. As soon as you pay, they generate a generic shipping label, not an actual shipment, just to claim the item was sent. It’s dishonest and deceptive. If you read their reviews, this is happening to a lot of people.

Buyer Beware: Returns & Delivery Practices
My experience with Battery Clerk was frustrating and I strongly advise caution to other buyers. To start, I purchased a battery and it was delivered to the wrong address.
I eventually was able to acquire the item (it was opened). When I attempted to return the item (which had been opened by someone else, indicating it was not a new product), despite their initial instructions for return, they later refused to accept the return in person at the given address, stating it "must go through commercial shipping". This was a critical piece of information missing from their original return instructions.
To add insult to injury, Battery Clerk then insisted on charging me $23.01 for a return label! Even though i took the trouble to deliver to their specified return center. This cost was imposed despite the initial delivery error (not my fault) and their own unclear instructions that led to my failed attempt at a less expensive return. Their policy states they only provide prepaid labels when the return is their error, yet I was charged even after their delivery mistake.
The communication was slow and the resolution process was incredibly drawn out and frustrating. Be prepared for a frustrating and potentially costly experience if you need to return anything to Battery Clerk. I will not be purchasing from them again.

Battery was ordered and shipped quickly. Unfortunately, the battery was dead on arrival and would not accept a charge. The company refused to answer emails regarding exchange for a new one.

We purchased two UPG UB12150 (40658) 12V 14Ah Sealed Lead Acid Replacement Battery - The batteries we received were not working properly, so we tested them and they read at 9V and 4V, which is not what was advertised (12V). When we contacted them to return them, they said that we were past 30 days, and that they would honour the 1 year warranty but we would need to pay the shipping. The cost of shipping is almost the same price as a battery. Since they sold us faulty batteries, they should be responsible for replacing them within the warranty period without requiring us to pay shipping. To meet in the middle, we even offered to pick them up, but they said that it's against their policy. We will never use battery clerk again. Poor customer service and their batteries are garbage.

Easy to find the battery I needed by searching the model of the battery backup unit the battery was for. I didn't need to look up the type of battery. That saved me time and it arrived within a couple of days. Hooked up the battery and it worked perfectly.

Great prices an options.

Received battery at 8.5volts. Hard time charging it fear already sulphated.

I had three 12 volt 18 ah sealed lead acid battery from Batteryclerk long times ago; still works like new! My wife's 48 volt 15 ah lithium battery breakdown after 5 years of use, so I brought one 12 volt 18 ah sealed acid battery to replaced the bad lithium battery. It works much better!

When I accepted the order in ‘the cart’, acceptance of Oder came back with increase price in shipping costs and taxes. It was not what I accepted in the cart.
The battery came with t2 terminal rather than t1. The terminal adapters are now coming in the mail causing me great deal of inconvenience and waste of time.
