I have ordered from this company before and received the batteries promptly. On this last occasion they gave much appreciated advice about a watch that did not work despite putting in new batteries. The watch is now in the rubbish bin!

I eventually received my package today. Did not expect it to take so long but understand there were problems with Royal Mail.

Royal Mail have experienced significant and numerous delays this week which were posted on their website and also in the national press. This occurred due to staffing issues in many locations across the country on the run up to Christmas.
