Paid for goods, haven’t received them! Sent emails and called multiple time with no response!

Awful !!! Paid for goods and not received !!BEWARE

Wanted to revive a really old MP3 player so I ordered from here. Although not the cheapest when compared to other online outlets, I feel a bit more reassured that they are potentially easily contactable being uk based. Delivery was quick as was the battery installation (following an online video) and hey presto, the MP3 player has a new lease of life.

Used UK Battery to buy a replacement for my Chord Mojo. It was £50 cheaper than anything else I could find, and I received it very quickly. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again - I love that companies like this exist, doing one thing extremely well with no fuss.

Have been searching for a battery for my tablet for a while with prices reaching £100 stumbled across this company local for a fraction of the price, spoken to a lady at the business was very helpful and sent me a replacement next say will definitely recommend and will be buying a spare for future.

Tried this company for replacement Makita batteries, cheaper than OEM and seems to last just as well and better than some cheap alternatives I’ve tried. So have bought another couple. Good service and quick delivery.

Very helpful. No fault, on their part, gave some discount, when informed about BP-38 type battery not working in Uniden walkie talkie.
One of two, would not “charge” due to concave contact, would not power Uniden walkie talkie, until tin foil put between battery contact and walkie talkie.
Managed to get it to work but, should have worked on arrival. Bad quality control at Cameron-Sino

Battery received turned out to be defective after initial charge - however the UK Battery Ltd agent could not have been more helpful. Received a refund within 24 hrs. Brilliant service. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Had so much trouble finding a specific battery for my chihuahuas' collar, but this firm came to my rescue + now though Gizmo got used to the collar not working it was a very big surprise when suddenly it worked so once again just the threat of it just stops him! Thank you so much, Maxine x
