I have made a number of successful purchases from Batteries Direct so I was surprised when my latest buy seemed to be lost in a transport depot in Mildura. After contacting Batteries Direct to say I was unhappy at my goods languishing in some freight depot Paul the Batteries Direct Warehouse Manager managed to locate the goods and I was then able to collect them. The transport company was unable to fulfill its obligation to deliver. Kudos to Batteries Direct.
