Bought 3 18AH Makita batteries
Bought 3 18AH Makita batteries, 1 only worked for 1 charge other 2 still working atm.I contacted immediately and they have been giving me the run around and excuses.
Don’t do it
Bought 4 batteries late last year for my makita, 1 was faulty and they replaced that one straight away but now I only have one left that works.
Emailed them with no response and then tried again but it looks like I’ve been blocked? So don’t count on any warranty and you get what you pay for.
Stick to the real deal!
Don’t waste your money
Don’t waste your money. Bought a type A battery for a Dyson dc35 stick vacuum. Lasted a couple of months only for $45. (Dyson don’t make the type A any more.) Reported battery failure and the response was that failure happens sometimes and they offered me 8% off my next purchase. I don’t think so. Business located in China. Buyer beware.
Duds
Bought two Vandon batteries for Makita tools. One worked for a month or so then died, the other worked for four months. Complete waste of money.
Stay away...DUD
Does not stand by their products
Does not stand by their products. I ordered 2 5AH milwaukee m18 batteries, one fine, the other faulty straight out of the box. My email wasn't responded to until further follow up from me. They asked me to take a video for their post sales record, i figured that was part of a warranty claim, after i did it they said thanks and sorry for inconvenience and that was it. Stay away.
Quick Shipping
Quick Shipping. Ordered 2 Dewalt DC9096 batteries received them quick! After 3 months 1 will not accept a charge other is working fine. Sent message and received answer of only 30 day warranty. If they only trust them for that length of time that should of been first clue to not order.
Take note
Purchased two 18v 5000mah batteries. After 1 week use one of them wouldn't charge.
I unscrewed it to find the the solder connection had snapped so once I soldered it back it worked fine.
I was using the battery on a reciprocating saw and because these are not OEM there is a bit a play when the battery slots so so it just vibrated itself apart and broke. Something to be cautious of.
After approaching the company for a replacement (prior to fixing it myself) they seemed willing to help and work on a replacement so have to give them credit for that.
So frustrated - very expensive lesson to learn OVER AND OVER again
So frustrated. Wrote a one-star review on the Battery.FactoryOutletStore review page and heard back from a customer service manager who was going to make things right. She would send me two replacement batteries for the two that were dead and wouldn't charge. What I received was a totally different battery that didn't look like any power tool I had. In order to get REPLACEMENT replacement batteries, I would have to return these batteries AT MY COST. Now, since they are lithium and I'm an honest citizen, I told USPS that they were lithium batteries, so I couldn't ship them by USPS for $3. I had to go with UPS for an ADDITIONAL $12 (for their mistake and to add insult to injury for my original order) to return wrong batteries that were never what I ordered. They received the batteries a few weeks ago, but I haven't STILL to this date received the correct replacement batteries for my Hitachi. Order # : FOS9634851E... and this will be my last. Save yourself the frustration and just buy them at Home Depot or Lowes for a premium because you'll spend that much anyway, but you get the backing of a national company who will stand behind what they sell.
Stay away!!!
Stay away!!!! I was shipped the wrong product. I called and was told to send it back. Now they expect me to pay shipping back. That is crap. It was 100% there fault. I should not have to pay shipping back.
