Customer service was excellent. One of the doors of a mirror bathroom cabinet was not soft close like the rest but customer service offered a fair partial refund which covers the cost to source and replace the hinges. A replacement was also offered as an alternative. Resolution was quick, no waiting around for a response -special thanks to Waleed.

Super efficient, even when there was a technical hitch involving a change of mind on my part. Minahil totally understood, and the whole thing was resolved very amicably. The products look great and are excellently packaged. The website is scrupulously detailed, and all communications are more or less instantaneous. Company policies are applied with wisdom, care and compassion.

I returned some items to Bathroom Mountain and was waiting on the refund. I called and spoke to Abdul Basit who sorted my refund for the items that had been received back into their warehouse. He then chased the items that hadn't been received with the courier. The next day he called me back and arranged the second part of the refund. Very helpful and sorted it all. Thank you Abdul.

Reported a faulty radiator at 3 pm to Muhammad. By 4pm he had arranged the delivery of a replacement radiator to be with us the following morning. Great customer service.

Everything as you would expect

We had previously ordered from Bathroom Mountain, but required a couple of extra parts from a set that we were wanting to order individually. We had help from Haider, who responded quickly to all my messages, and was very helpful and professional.

He understood what I was after from my initial request, which avoided a lot of back and forth of explaining and meant I got the help I needed really quickly. It was also really painless to do over email, which meant it was easy to get things sorted during my working day as I was able to respond on breaks rather then being reliant on waiting on phone calls etc! The products were then ordered and delivered the following day.

Would definitely recommend Bathroom Mountain for their products and customer service.
