I had a great experience purchasing my bathroom radiator. Mujaab was extremely helpful throughout the process, answered all my questions, and made everything easy. He also kindly gave me a £60 discount, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service and a smooth buying experience. I would definitely recommend buying from here. Thank you, Mujaab!

Waliya was very helpful and her service…

Waliya was very helpful and her service was excellent. Friendly manner throughout and guided me with exactly what I needed to order.

Although your representative was fantastic it was a real pain to order. Not simple at all which I would expect in this day. I had to keep waiting for emails, send payment via bacs (so had to set up a new payee in my banking app, and flick back and forth on apps to complete this). Time consuming and annoying to be honest
