The after-service I have received from Muneeza at Bathroom Mountain has been absolutely fantastic.
She had the patience to aid me in locating the parts I required, after I mistakenly mis-placed the box prior to renovating my bathroom.
I had lost an accessories box, before I had even opened it.
Muneeza was able to discover the parts contained in the box and have them dispatched to me on next day delivery.

I did write a review about a week ago with 3 stars about issues with an item that I had ordered and the day before delivery I was told it was out of stock.
The Customer service I have received throughout the process has been brilliant and they have dealt with every issue or query so I would like to thank them and give them a 5 star review.
I understand they can not control when they receive items for stock and I fully appreciate that. I was more than happy with every other aspect of my order and delivery. the only problem I had was with an item becoming out of stock after I had ordered it then with the estimated restocking dates changing.
