Excellent response to a fault

Excellent response to a fault. Emailed in the morning and a replacement sent the next day. Harmain arranged all this for us. The customer service is excellent and will be ordering all our house refurbishment items from this company. So reassuring. Thank you

Rapid, quality service

Ordered a new shower screen on Thursday afternoon and it was delivered Friday. The delivery company they used provided updates throughout the day of when the delivery would happen, and their customer service team was really responsive when I had to give some changed delivery instructions.

Garage Conversion.

We managed to order all of our Bathroom Equipment on line needed for our garage conversion and it was delivered on time and fitted with no problems by our plumber, we are well pleased with our purchases.
