Brought a mirror with light and demister and it’s stopped working after 8 months, they made up untrue claims to get out of honouring the year guarantee which when challenged on they just stopped replying, would not recommend

Simply the best customer service
I am delighted to report a very positive experience with this company. From the price being the big draw initially, then receiving the order in Glasgow in little over 24 hours. The 2 radiators, I arranged to be fitted the same evening. I discovered one part not included and managed to speak to Charlotte before close of business. Charlotte was amazing. Arranged for a replacement, however it was going to be too late (it was only legs for one of the radiators and I managed to get at a local wholesalers). Charlotte arranged for a refund pronto. What a service. Can honestly say I have never experienced such amazing customer service. I expected a fight!! Well I can guarantee I will be back for my upstairs radiators soon! Thank you.

After 4 attempts of a delivery the 5th was successful 👏I had lots of excuses not very believable, I had to postpone my plumber and also take extra days off work but finally got my complete order.. the product is very good but the customer service has a lot to be desired
