Customer Service team actually do give great Customer Service!
All the team I spoke to in the customer service team have been great (thank you Jordan for calling me back with the info I requested when promised) but Haider Jamil really did go that extra mile to help me with my purchase.
He was polite, listened to my concerns re the delivery fee and arranged a discount to help me out.
He explained how everything worked and talked me through placing my order via the link sent to me. He showed patience and care even when the website didnt load very quickly on my PC/Phone.
I am looking forward to my bathroom cabinet being delivered tomorrow which is extremely quick, perfect as this is due to be fitted by my Bathroom fitter on Monday.

Great customer service from Harmain
I recently bought a bathroom cabinet from bathroom mountain. I loved it when it was delivered and realised I could do with another one. Unfortunately it had gone up in price in the meantime but a quick email to them and Harmain sorted it out for me and gave me the lower price.

Horrible customer experience - Product came in faulty (if you don't report to them within 48hrs - no refund or replacement is provided) - which goes against the consumer act. Would not buy from this company! AVOID - CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE SO BAD!
