Great work to get it shipped in time

I bought a toilet from here because I couldn't find one anywhere else in the style I wanted with the right colour flush buttons. I was nervous because of the reviews but they went above and beyond to make sure it arrived in time for my reno deadlines and I'm absolutely thrilled with the finished renovation. I just bought the same one for the other bathroom. Thanks team. ETA I only just realised this was the same place I previously bought a tap from for my kitchen reno. Both times the reviews nearly put me off but I had a great experience both times and the produce was excellent. Acknowledge they do seem to have an issue with shipping/logistics, so make sure you plan ahead. You might have issues if you are working to a tight deadline

Just don't buy from them - avoid like the plague!

Just don't use them. Simple. Forget the lower prices. Forget that it says "in stock". It's not. They don't hold stock. They are a reseller, which is why there are so many complaints about people not receiving their products for months if ever. Emails will go unanswered, if you phone you get some random guy who doesn't use the company name. Super dodgy. This is why I pay with PAYPAL. If there's a supply issue, I can raise a dispute and get refunded. Give Bathroom Hub Online a BIG MISS. Plenty of other reputable suppliers out there that work hard for their customers.

Took two weeks for them to dispatch…

Took two weeks for them to dispatch even though items were in stock, now months later says order has been fulfilled, have called multiple times they say they’ve sent for delivery but got mixed up and ended up in a different state, still haven’t received tapware has delayed my reno big time.

Don’t buy from this company

Don’t buy from this company.
Fraudulent with tax application under Australian consumer law. The listed price should include tax but its added on as additional cost at sale. They send you links to sites that don’t work for transport view your order. It looks like we’ve done our money. If you want to risk it good luck.

I have been waiting a month!

I ordered some BN Floor wastes. Simple off the shelf items. The website did not say anything about being out of stock. I have now been waiting for almost a month. I chased them up 1.5 weeks ago and they promised I would have them in a few days but there has been no shipping confirmation and I still have not received anything. The staff were unapologetic. This is holding up progress on my building site. I certainly would not order through them again.

Items go MIA!

In May 2024, I purchased several items from your store, including three “Geberit Sigma 8 In-Wall Siren Rimless Toilet Suites with ABS Buttons.”

When the bathrooms were ready for fit-off, we noticed the buttons were missing. I contacted your team on 11 November 2024, confirmed the button type, and was advised that an additional $225 payment was required. Although the project was not yet at finalisation, I proceeded with payment.

Since then, I have followed up regularly—approximately once a month. Each time, I was informed that the items were on their way. This occurred again on 8 July and 2 September, when I was told to expect delivery within three weeks on both occasions.

I called again on Friday and was advised that I would receive a callback on Monday. This did not occur, so I followed up today and was informed that the product I paid for was unavailable, but that a substitute could be shipped instead.

To be clear, everyone I have spoken to has been polite and professional. However, it appears there are issues with your order-tracking or logistics systems. Unfortunately, this experience has caused significant inconvenience and will influence our decision to use your business in future projects.

I hope this feedback is taken constructively, as resolving these logistical challenges could greatly improve your operations and customer satisfaction.

Do NOT Recommend!

2 unanswered emails, 4 phone calls and 4 weeks waiting for an order that never arrived. Told it was on its way but they 'couldn't find it' When I asked how they could lose a bathroom vanity they said it was in a large container somewhere?!! Absolute waste of time. Wish I could give them -10 for complete lack of service.

Absolutely terrible

Absolutely terrible, do NOT purchase from them. If I could give 0 stars I would. Nearly 4 weeks and I still haven’t got my order. Haven’t even got a tracking number despite 7 emails and 1 phone call with an unprofessional employee who had no idea what he was doing. Extremely frustrated and will not be purchasing from them again.

DONT USE!

Initial delivery was fine but needed to return items and then the nightmare began. No response on 7 attempted emails to initiate return.
Eventually rang multiple times to ask for return address and after weeks of reminders got return address via text and sent items back but never ever got a refund.

Still in the process of dispute and charge-back via our bank, this has been going on for months now.

DONT USE!

Purchase elsewhere !

Amazing Service , High Quality Products

We recently renovated our bathrooms and we purchased everything from Bathroom Hub. Best Service Ever. I live in Country NSW and my goods were delivered in 3 days. Should I mention that their freight charges are extremely low compared to other companies. They sell high quality products at a fraction of the cost. Very Happy with the quality of their goods and brilliant Service

STAY AWAY!

Dreadful.....excuse after excuse for not delivering (they definitely DO NOT deliver Australia wide not even 1 hr from a capital city!) and then given 'sorry damaged in transit' excuse. No attempt to rectify the situation, just a refund (not yet received) and p..s off!

Not refunding returned products

The initial sales process was very good and the products look good. But we needed to return a couple of items, which we did in person 6 weeks ago. Still no refund and not answering emails. Very unhappy.

Worst Bathroom Company

Took over 3 weeks to receive items with excuses. Overcharged for posting. Cheap quality so I was told to email. Unanswered email !

Eventually rang and returned items and waited over 2 weeks without refund. Initiated call again to be told it will be refunded. Rang twice more with same empty promise. Eventually had to go through PayPal for refund.

The same person always answering the phone was absolutely useless with every contact. Poor English . Poor communication skills. Poor attitude. Every dull word he tried to utter was just an excuse. Refund never forthcoming so had to rely on PayPal buyers protection. Save urself the angst and purchase elsewhere !
