I’m being sent leaflets about this place to my home address less than 2 weeks since receiving my PIP award confirmation for mobility issues. This is worrying and concerning. What data is this company farming from our private medical records to try and sell us stuff???

Please don’t trust this place with your data or your custom and go elsewhere.

I entered a GDPR request asking what had happened and was spun a story about how they ‘randomly’ distribute leaflets across postcodes. When I told them not one of my neighbours had received a leaflet and that this felt targeted, they said they only distribute them across ‘some’ houses in the postcodes. It’s very concerning and suspicious and the company did nothing to put my mind at rest - including ignoring my most recent email to them.

Data farming like this isn’t okay. My private, medical information should be kept private.

If they spent as much time actually focusing on customer complaints rather than trying to get reviews removed off trustpilot maybe they wouldn’t have complaints. I will continue to repost this warning.

Calum and Monica were friendly, professional, and worked extremely hard to ensure everything was done to the highest standard. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure I was completely satisfied with everything. I would recommend highly. It was a pleasure to have them working in my home.

Very poor experience
My experience with bathing solutions has been very disappointing. The project management was the poorest of the poor, the drawings from the sales rep had been copied incorrectly meaning the whole bathroom was wrong to what we had been originally sold and agreed to. Therefore the bathroom was created incorrectly.
There was then a lengthy delay in which my father couldn't use the toilet in the room for a number of weeks as the new shower door was screwed in the way.

The compensation offered was very poor for the stress my elderly parents went through and the time not able to use the facilities. The offer was an absolute embarrassment for such a well advertised company who pride themselves on working with those in need to support lifestyle improvements.

Kept informed throughout the process & the fitter Mike did a brilliant job & kept our home clean and tidy throughout the fitting. Review would have been 5 stars if it had been the fitting & finished product experience but the sales side wasn't comfortable, Ann was very pushy and I felt pressured into making an on the spot decision

Everything was done quick and to a high standard. Peter, our fitter, was fantastic. He was quick and efficient with everything. He talked us through what he was doing. He confirmed the heights for things which was handy as I am quite tall. Everything was done amazingly. And all fitter quicker than we were originally told.

I needed to replace an unsafe bath/shower combination with a walk-in shower. The Bathing solutions approach was "old-fashioned" in the best possible way. They listened and did EXACTLY what I asked for and at an acceptable price, on time and with a smile.
I used Bathing solutions on a personal recommendation and can in my turn recommend them as excellent.

The installation was organised brilliantly, and the installer Craig worked his socks off to get it completed, sometimes working to late in the evening. The finish is brilliant and really pleased with outcome

I would so much like to rate this company higher because the quality of the finished product is good.
The speed at which the installation was carried out was impressive.
The person who installed the bathroom (Festim) was knowledgeable, great to communicate with, and very professional. He was also very tidy and kept the area impressively clean during the whole installation.
The negatives were more on the administration and small print side.
Having agreed a price for the installation I thought that was it, especially after the site visit prior to installation.
After the old bath, the basin, the old shower, and the existing laminate flooring had been removed, I was told that the old tiles on the floor (Marley type used everywhere in the 1980's) contained asbestos and a specialist company would need to come and remove them at my expense.
After a number of phone calls and some ingenuity on behalf of the installer this was avoided but had caused some stress to say the least.
The second issue was one of payments, admittedly possibly due to the rushed nature of my installation.
With no prior knowledge on the day the installer arrived I was told that I should have paid a further 35% of the agreed price. This was in the small print but never pointed out at any time. So be ready.
The final point was the WC that was installed.
By default the "Comfort" WC was supplied which may be fine for many but left my wife with her feet 4 inches off the floor when using the facility (which was anything less than comfortable for her). After several phone calls this situation was rectified by the installation of a lower unit. However, if considering Bathing Solutions you may wish to look carefully at the WC option as we have found both installed require much more "cleaning" than previous toilets.
Once again the experience was generally good, and I would highly recommend the installer, but let down by unclear or non existent communication.

We have just had a walk in shower installed by Mic and Monica. They were brilliant, from arriving on time, going through what we were expecting, by checking the plan was correct,seeing in the delivery. They were pleasant, professional in every way. Answered any questions we had, took care of our house, did a very good job. Clean and tidy. Explained when the packaging and old bathroom would be picked up. All in all a great experience.

Excellent workmanship and customer service

Everyone at Bathing Solutions has been friendly and helpful.
My fitter Vasile was conscientious, cheerful and very hard working, especially having to break up a cast iron slipper bath and cart it downstairs!
My point of contact, Alan was always cheerful and it was good to have someone call each morning to check all was going well and also someone to call if there were any problems!
The whole company have been brilliant, especially thoughtful for my situation as tragically my husband passed away a week before the fitting was due to begin. Because the deposit had been paid I decided to go ahead and have absolutely no regrets about my decision. I would thoroughly recommend Bathing solutions to anyone!

I am highly delighted with my experience with Bathing Solutions who provided and installed my shower unit wall panels and flooring.
From Anne who helped with my choices and design,David the surveyor and project manager,Lewis who called each day to ensure all was ok. Adam the plumber and installer and Andy the electrician.All were very helpful, Adam and Andy arrived on time were helpful considerate and very professional and caring both went above and beyond cleaning and tidy after the working day .Their workmanship has been second to none the whole experience has been wonderful and I am left with the bathroom of my dreams Thank you to all
