The team at Bathroom Discount Centre were amazing and very responsive to my emails, we had ordered something from elsewhere which had arrived not as described. I emailed the team here and they have been very quick to respond and check their stock as well as supporting beyond expectations when a product had been changed by the supplier without them being aware of this. Very helpful company with great communication and customer support. Thank you so much.

Awful - avoid!
Ordered and paid for matching tap and shower, and arranged to collect from their Fulham showroom. This was originally scheduled for Wednesday, then we were told it may now be Friday. Then we were contacted and told actually the price for each item was wrong and we need to pay nearly double!!
We decided we’d rather have a refund, which hasn’t yet come through, and we are now being chased to confirm when we are picking them up and warning us of a 25% charge if we cancel.
We’ve now wasted time chasing this company around, and our project is delayed. I honestly have no idea how there can be so many positive reviews of this company.

This is a good site to buy Burlington bathroom ware. It is easy to use, pricing is good. The items took around a week to arrive, which was fine. I received emails advising the status of my order, which was helpful. I will buy from them again.

The delivery (of a Lefroy Brooks replacement shower hose) was much swifter than expected. I was quoted seven weeks delivery time originally - and by several other retailers I contacted - but the Bathroom Discount Centre was able to source the requested item much sooner. Free postage too. And it was the correct item, nicely packed. Full marks!

Purchased a Heritage radiator and after a few months the radiator quality deteriorated. Chantal went back to Heritage with photos of the quality and organised a replacement for us. Chantal kept us posted on what was happing in a timely manor. Efficient and extremely professional customer service. Thank you so much for all your help.

I had a problem with a Fan which was delt with by Chantal Lohou and Drew Martin swiftly and most satisfactory. In fact from buying to delivering Bathroom Discount Centre were faultless and I cannot recommend them strongly enough.

I ordered several items for my bathroom from this company. Ordering was fine, delivery and after service was awful. Rude staff member genuinely refused to help me find out where my order was because she “didn’t have to”!

What an absolutely brilliant service. I called regarding some advice and replacement parts and I just never expected the help, supports and professional manner that Chantal provided.
She went over and beyond to assist me is resolving the problem. She was courteous, responsive and efficient.
