Bath-taxis.co.uk or do you mean Taxicode. What a sad firm Taxicode is.
They have just canceled a 6 person taxi we booked aver a week ago. Leaving us 24 hours to find a new large taxi. Not an easy task.
So here’s what I found out about Bath-taxis.co.uk = Taxicode, and why I’d say they are a disaster in this type of industry.
We booked through Bath-taxis.co.uk in our home city, and the man I spoke to after they cancelled on us was in Amsterdam!!! If go to Bath-taxis.co.uk then check out taxibristol.co.uk or Swindon-taxis.co.uk or even taxibirmingham.co.uk you’ll see all 4 look exactly the same and you’ll quickly realise your not booking through a local firm with their own drivers, your actually booking with a general hub who then sell your ride onto “one of their partners”. Taxicode has just gone and brought …Taxi.co.uk web address for each city in the UK. This means that when one of their partner taxi firms local to you cancel with Taxicode they cancel with you. And it did seem to me they made no effort to replace our taxi with another. So you are left out to dry.
It’s a cr#py way to build brand loyalty. I won’t be using them again.
