I purchased buy 2 get two free. Began using the product. It was waxy. I warmed it up. Used it and my scalp began to itch profusely. Then I got a rash on my face and neck. I tried to reach the company via the email information in the confirmation email. Received a message that said it was not delivered
I had to stop using the product. I WANT MY MONEY BACK NOW

This is a store with AI generated images. The products are not genuine but some fake mixture from China. As a matter of fact, your shipment is sent from China...the contact me is for a residential address in Germany. Over 4000 'reviews' on the site and none anywhere else....the store is just some random pop established less than a year ago.
