I have just ordered a product to the value of €121. The money was extracted from my bank account, but no confirmation email or purchase number arrived.
Within a week though, the product arrived. Following the initial review on Trust Pilot, the company contacted me, verifying my order. Any jitters about whether the company are legitimate or not we’re dispelled, but getting a confirmation email initially would have made for a much smoother experience.

We are sorry if you feel cheated. We assure you that we only buy from the official distributor/licensee of the brand.
It is possible that suppliers change or have to change materials over the course of the product's life cycle because the supply chains there are also disrupted. In addition, there was a major change in the EU in the first quarter of 2022 because the important ingredient Lilial/Butylphenyl Methylpropional was banned. This affected around 80% of the perfumes in our range, so they were taken off the market and reformulated and put back on the market.
We would also like to point out again that each fragrance can be perceived differently depending on mood, hormones, health and temperature. basler-beauty team

For inexplicable reasons, the parcels in question from 21/06/2014 have unfortunately still not been found by the shipping service provider DHL. We therefore decided yesterday to resend your order to you. As soon as the parcel has been handed over to the shipping service provider, you will receive a dispatch confirmation.

Ordered items on 25th May. Ordered other items on same day with Look Fantastic. That order arrived 3 days later. I received no order confirmation, and no tracking number from Basler Beauty. They are very efficient at taking payment though, which was my only confirmation that order was made. First time using site, May be my last.

Bad bad customer service
Received order. It leaked. Emailed them. Got a response to say order was shipped. Not remotely relevant as order already received. Now they’re just ignoring my emails. Avoid this website.

Edit: if you were so customer focused you would have answered the 3 emails I replied instead of this review.
Edit 2: They have refunded the item,for which I am thankful, but as a consumer it took a lot to get to this point. Buyer beware. All good if no issues with your order. Different story if not.

The website said that they deliver the goods in 3-5 days. Imagine my surprise when 4 days later I received a letter saying your goods are ready to ship.
Another 6 days have passed since then, but I still haven’t received anything.

Bad customer service
Delivery and prices are fine. But I will never understand the business strategy behind bad customer service. Had a really bad allergic reaction to the product I ordered from then. Reached out and explained the situation. The only response I got was basically "nothing we can do, you used it once". No politeness, no apology, no nothing. And it's not about the fact that they didn't take the product back, I would have understood that. It's just about being nice to your customers.
Congratulations, you kept the 40€ I paid you but lost any future money I would have given you. Really good business strategy.

Spamming my email
I never accept the marketing emails, yet companies always send them anyways. But with baslerbeauty, you can unsubscribe all you want, write them emails (they won't answer) and even send an email to their data protection officer - they won't answer, and they will not stop sending you their newsletter.
The order went well, but I won't be leaving a positive review since these abusive practices are unacceptable.
EDIT: I've slightly improved my review since, after insisting quite a bit and threatening a complaint to authorities, they finally stopped sending spam.
Worth noting that products were always OK from them.

I ordered a product from their website on March 14th. Seeing that I haven't received the notification email, I've contacted them via their website asking about my parcel. They responded that they haven't even shipped it! And on their website it's written that they deliver packages 5 days from ordering. It's definitely not going to be like that. And I can't wait for 10 days for them to ship the order. They are simply not respecting the dates stated on their website.
#Update: after emailing them that I might cancel my order, they actually sent me the tracking number. The good thing is that their customer service is responsive. Anyway, the product arrived yesterday. Still have to judge the authenticity of the product I've bought from their website.

Order not sent, client service not available
I have placed an order on March, 11th. Still now, after one week, my order hasn’t been sent. I do not know when it will arrive, they sent an email saying “they apologise for the inconvenient”. But honestly I do not need the order anymore, it said it would have arrived within 3-4 days and it was a gift. Now I am trying to contact them at the number in the email and the phone would not even ring. Almost 100€ of order. So disgusting.
