Basilar teas are just the best flavor experience we've ever had. Presentation is outstanding in collectable containers. Supermarket teas are incomparable to the Basilur experience. Every now and then we switch just so we come back to Basilur and re experience the flavor.

I love the tea
I love the tea. Basilur is the best tasting tea I have ever had. My granddaughter introduced me to it when I visited her in England. I have it shipped to me now in USA. The company is reliable and generous, I always get samples. When I first started ordering they had refill containers and I didn't have to pay extra for the tins. But had to pay shipping now I don't pay shipping but don't have refills in my favorite blends, so it works out. They are fast in their delivery as well. Love my Basilur, first good tea since the Boston Tea Party lol!

Basilur tea is my favorite because of devotion to quality.
Basilur tea is my favorite because of the quality of the tea that is evident from the first sip. I mostly drink black tea, and never liked green tea before trying Basilur green tea. The herbal teas are very favorable as well, nothing else compares!

Damaged/missing and no way to contact them
I've loved this tea for years now when I ordered it through Amazon, but now I don't know how I feel about them. I just received an order today, that was supposed to be a gift, from this company and it arrived missing a large chunk of tea.The box inside the packaging was broken and very obviously was missing tea bags before it was packed as the tea bags weren't loose in the outside packaging. When I tried to email them, it bounced back as a non-existent email several times. Same with their online form. The number provided on their website was answered by some random person and does not seem to be a professional/business number. The address and phone number are also being used on another company's website titled "Tipson" tea. I don't know who is running the Basilur Tea website now, but this is incredibly unprofessional at the least, and scammy at the most.
Update: They replied with a complete lie, and apparently did not read my actual review? My order was directly through their website, not Amazon. I contacted them in response to the email they sent when I placed the order... from their website. The email bounced back every single time. Extremely shady.
