Condotta commerciale inaccettabile e gestione dei pagamenti opaca

Sconsiglio vivamente i rapporti commerciali con Basile Giocattoli SRL. Dopo un bonifico regolarmente effettuato e confermato dalla loro stessa banca, l'azienda nega l'accredito trattenendo la somma e rifiutando il rimborso o la consegna della merce.
Hanno persino emesso un documento fiscale di storno dichiarando il falso (mancato pagamento), nonostante le prove bancarie inconfutabili. Inoltre, hanno tentato di intimidirmi pubblicando dati sensibili della mia ditta in risposta alle mie lamentele (violazione GDPR).
La vicenda è ora oggetto di:
Esposto formale alla Guardia di Finanza di Verona;
Segnalazione all'Antitrust (AGCM);
Segnalazione al Garante della Privacy.
Fate molta attenzione prima di inviare denaro a questo fornitore.
