Got a Mitsubishi unit last year and getting two this year. That is the best evidence of what I think of them.
I shopped around and assuredly I can confirm that they have the best price and service is 5 star too.

They gave me honest, kind and good advice. But not only did they leave that, they also went above and beyond the standard support you don’t get elsewhere. Good selection of products at competitive prices. Easy and secure ordering/payment process.

Excellent service. We were applying for a grant for energy efficiency from the local council, for our business. We had to submit few quotes for our application. I spoke with Maj few times and received excellent advice and service. The quote was sent to us very quickly, the price was excellent. I had to chase for days all the other companies we asked for a quote and they were all a lot higher. I also recommended Basildon ACR to my brother because he is in the unit next door to us and the experience was equally good. Fingers crossed we are approved for the grant, if that happens, Basildon ACR will have our business. Even if we are not approved, I am still going to seriously consider their offer and budget for the job to be done in future even without the grant.

Edit: We have been approved for the grant and we had the AC installed in both our and my brother's units. It has been more than an year and a half and no problems. I wanted to mention also that the team installing the units was very good, they stayed late to finish the job and were open for suggestions regarding the place of installation as our premises had slightly difficult layout, they were knowledgeable and have done a good job.

Professional and neat air con installation. Engineer stayed on site until 22:30 to complete installation on the same day. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

Maj was very knowledgable and always answered our questions very quickly. The installer Hoji was very good and did a very professional job on the installation. He really went above and beyond to make sure everything was done the way we asked. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone thinking of getting an air conditioning unit. Great service!

I had my reservations about using a company who is over 200 miles from my location, but Basildon ACR lived up to my expectations.
Their communications were first class, there was a slight delay in sourcing the equipment but they kept me informed.
What I can't get my head around was the price. I live in Cheshire and the closest providers/installers are around Manchester and the cost for the same job was nearly £900 more.
Needless to say I am delighted with BACR, would highly recommend them.

I never write reviews. However I'll make an exception this time. Had an air con installation completed for my garden bar on 20th October. Initial comms with Maj were very straightforward and the unit was delivered to my house well in advance of installation. Installation completed by Harry (top lad) who did a very neat and tidy job...cleaned up as he went. I would 100% recommend these guys for air con installation. Very happy customer.

contacted basildon ac but no joy not taking on any more installs wanted to buy panasonic mini split from them but without instalation cant buy it need f gas reg number so left in confusion ?? cant buy it because they cant install it .confused at least supply the unit so i can get it installed by another f gas company ?????

I have missed my delivery twice but the manager still helped all the way until I received my unit. Very pleased with it.

I am very happy with the service I received from Basildon ACR. Maj, one of the owners, suggested a local AC fitter called Mariusz, who popped by and confirmed my AC requirements and then suggested some solutions. The Samsung Wind Free solution was cheaper than an earlier Daikin solution I had, and has much better functionality. Delivery was to my door at a date I specified. In addition the fitters were polite, very accommodating to our requests and cleaned up after themselves. All good. No complaints.
