@baseus pls help.
i just bought the 30k battery bank and i used it to charge my mac book and then i unplugged it from my computer and it the battery bank doesnt turn on ever since i unplugged it from my mac.the battery bank is less than 24 hours old and its dead.
pls help

I bought a BladeHD battery pack several months ago. The product is sleek and well designed. It holds enough power to recharge my smartphone several times. It came in so handy during a three day power outage at the end of May, I bought a second one. The price point is excellent and the product arrived at my front door in a timely manner once I ordered it.

I was wrong, I had low expectations from the Baseus product line, especially since I had not heard about them before and the price was at a value price point. The durability is excellent and the sound quality is very good (punches above its weight class).

My power bank got destroyed at work and the warranty process was so simple and easy and I had a new power bank on the way within less than 24 hours.

I absolutely love Baseus portable batteries. I go to a lot of concerts and take a lot of video with my phone and can easily charge my phone mutiple times!

I purchased the Baseus IOTA Portable Power Station 140W and loved its portability and battery life. I could keep my kids powered on several devices while we were on a long road trip! Keep up the great work with future products!

Quality products

I purchased several pairs of the same Bluetooth devices, the amazing thing is even with the same name each of my children and wife can have all running at the same time without any interference or error code.

They launch a recall for a dangerous battery prone to catch FIRE.
The recall is NOT accessible to EU customers !!!
Lost 15 minutes on their recall page to discover that.
Ridiculous and criminal.

Great product, good communication

Got these headphones as a fathers day gift for my dad. His old headphones were busted and taped together and he always blasted his music so he couldn’t hear the outside world. Obviously having music up that loud is unhealthy so I decided on getting him some noise canceling headphones. At first I was going to get him a pair of beats but my friend told me that these were a cheaper, better pair. She wasn’t wrong. My dad thanks me over and over again for his headphones and loves them very much. 10/10 would purchase again

I got some durability problems on the model M2s, but my second M10 PRO is doing quite ok, did´nt had any problems till now, and it has been 5 months

I don't recommend this to anyone. The headphones have good sound quality but terrible durability. I've bought 6 headphones from Baseus already, and none lasted more than 4 months. The last two were especially worse: one didn't arrive, and the brand simply stole my money without delivering the product, and the second one that did arrive lasted exactly 5 days before the right side burned out. Avoid them!

I bought a Baseus A3 vacuum from AliExpress, which keeps turning on and off, after the first minutes of usage. I contacted AliExpress and Baseus customer support, with videos and photos.
Baseus didn't take any responsibility for their faulty product, although, with a quick web search, many people face problems with this particular product.
I will not buy again any Baseus products in the future!

Warning Don't buy from this Company. The company isselling through AliExpress. I have bought a rather expensive Baseus Super Energy Max Car Jump Starter.
I have used it once to start a Car and twice to charge my Phone. That's it! Now it doesn't work any longer. It can't be charged. There is 24 month warranty. But Baseus now tells me that they only replaces an item witin the first month. They won't pay for shipping for a repair. Wich is a violation of consumer rules in Europe. Latest they have asked me to commit fraud with return shipping, to get cheaper shipment.

My Nephew purchased a Baseus Magnetic power bank battery 6000mAh wireless portable charger. On March 9th the charger caught on fire in my sisters car while my nephew and his sisters was in it. The car was engulfed with flames causing them to have to jump out of the moving car. And now she is without a car and her kids are injured and traumatized. And almost cost them their lives. I wish I could post pictures. Don’t buy from this company!!

This is a review on Baseus Encok WM01.

The performance of these earphones are very very poor. I received the Encok WM01 as a gift from one of the schools where I volunteer. I started using them a week back. First few days it worked fine then the right earbud has stopped responding. It shows the red charge indicator and then white when it completes charge but that is all. It does not light up outside the box and no sound. That too within a week of starting to use.

I just bought and tested a Baseus Bidirectional HDMI Switch. It doesn't work, rubbish

Prior to my order i sent Baseus a mail if the 11-port hub with a double screen port was compatible with my laptop and they answered: yes it is 100%. After that i ordered a 11 port hub with 2 screen ports and some classic usb ports. None of the ports except the screen ports worked and i wrote the support. My guess a short cirquit somewhere inside the cabinet. They told me to test with an usb-c power supply, which i did with normal usb net adapter, still not working. Then they asked me to send them a video to illustrate the problem, which i did. After that they asked again me to use a power supply with 100 watt. I went to a store and and bought one (it was almost as exepensive as the hub itself). I tried it and it still did not work. The summary of this... dont wast your time and money on this company. After several mails they send me a refund but less than i payed probalbly due to different exchange rates back and forth. Avoid Baseus. One of the worst companies i have dealt with ever.
