While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Bought the monthly package, that would allow me 1200 credits, the credits did not entered in my account and there is absolutely no e-mail or person you can handle to talk about the problem. They took my money and left.

Does not actually exist beyond a front page and a billing system.
I honestly do not even know how well BasedLabs AI works, because I have been repeatedly billed, with no record of my transactions save for my bank statements and the e-mailed invoices, and the e-mails I send to support get rejected as follows:
Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:
…engage.basedlabs.ai
(…engage.basedlabs.ai) Your message couldn't be delivered. Despite repeated attempts to deliver your message, querying the Domain Name System (DNS) for the recipient's domain location information failed.
I called and left to a message, to which I received a text reply that it would be forwarded to support. I received no e-mails, but I logged in to receive a message that at least **one** of my payments was recorded; **yet I still have not received the credits accounting for the payment.** In fact, I currently have -1 credit on my account — a negative balance.
In summation, BasedLabs AI may offer a decent product, but getting what you paid for may be impossible. In addition, BasedLabs AI support is defective and non-functioning.
Edit/Update: after several e-mails and phone calls, the money I paid was finally credited to my account. After finally able to use the services, I am fairly pleased with Based Labs AI. I was able to create a model of “Le Penseur” (the Thinking Man statue) reimagined as a golem and walking the streets of Manhattan. The image was even fairly believable. I have therefore upgraded my rating from one to three stars.
Works pretty well for most part, the image to video while somewhat expensive is fun but only accurate about 75% of the time, I tried to make a series of short videos of my wife and i would have her do an action and about 25% of the time they generate her talking instead. wish they had a help desk or a way to refund videos that didn't do what it was supposed to.
Just purchased $25 worth of tokens which is supposed to yield me 1000 credits. No credits have appeared in my account. I’ve tried logging in and out. I’ve tried closing my browsers and turning my phone off and on. Nothing. Furthermore no customer service contact info can be found anywhere on the site. Assume it’s a scam and give your money to a customer-friendly site instead
This AI tool is misleading. To draw people realistically it does not generate images from scratch, but uses a pool of pre-existing images, which it partly modifies to conform to the prompt. Sure, it can deliver photo quality, but only because it uses actual photos. Meta AI is free and much better because it generates images from scratch. However, Meta AI images are not photo quality.
