Been using the under eye elixir for 3 weeks now and honestly impressed. My dark circles have lightened noticeably and the puffiness is way down. Natural ingredients which I appreciate. Only wish the bottle was slightly bigger for the price

So far , have no recieved my product yet, I will not recommend this at all.
They dont communicate at all , you have to keep asking them when it will be shipped!

Pretty fast shipping and you have to order off of the real website or else you might get something you don’t want but the texture powder and sea salt spray is the best hair products I have ever used

Guys, the customer service is great. I got a fast response back up my shipping money back because there was a glitch on the website. The people are nice. I got my money fast very quick all the loose reviews or from people who bought them fake or fake websites and all the products are great and I'll definitely be buying more.

The shipping isn’t the greatest, it takes a few weeks, but its fine, best hair products I have ever used, outstanding.

Made me grow confidence and look better. No issues with the company whatsoever.

Absolutely amazing products. I received all of what I ordered within the first 1-2 days of the expected arrival interval. I ordered their shampoo, conditioner, leave-in, and skin revival spray, all have been great. The shower duo leaves my hair feeling more healthy than ever, and the skin revival spray has actually started to clear up my acne. Most of these bad reviews are probably written by people who ordered from a copy as there are lots of websites and fake businesses stealing their name, and BASED is actively trying to sue them.

I ordered for my son. They were delivered to the wrong address and customer service was unhelpful. I would not recommend this company. I can’t speak to the product itself since I didn’t receive it.

They were great even though my shipping was a bit delayed workers were great will definitely keep buying. Now I know why they are thought of so highly.

The team made me feel amazing and I knew about every step that they were taking and I never was worried.

They are a horrible company to purchase from. I placed a order on 1/27 for the face duo. On 2/4 the order arrived missing the face wash. The company wanted me to show the shipping label to them which I did. But one would think they would have access to it too. They said we will send the missing product. That was 3 days ago and this missing product doesn't even have a tracking # yet. My thought it should of been sent overnight, as it was "Based" that dropped the ball. With that, today is 2/12. Order placed 1/27. Inexcusable. Not like they are giving products away, they are costly.
Ordered with great intentions on 1/27.

Scam!!! I ordered off of the based bodyworks website straight from Google and I received a fake product!!!

BUYER BEWARE. This company is a scam. I ordered from them in November and still haven’t received my items (now mid February). I have tried to contact them and have gotten no response. They took my money and I got nothing.

It’s clean and gets the job done and the quality and smell and just everything about it is amazing

I want to start by saying I had extremely high hopes due to their extensive TikTok promotions. I ordered the texture powder, under eye elixir and got a free toiletry bag. The only reason I’m even giving two stars is because the texture powder is great, and adds volume to my hair. However, my order took 3 weeks to arrive, and the under eye elixir triggered and extreme allergic reaction around my eyes making them red, puffy and I couldn’t see out of one eye for a week. The rash then spread across my whole face, and calmed down a week later. The toiletry bag is just whatever, I’m glad I got it for free as I couldn’t see anyone spending more then $15 on it, let alone $50.

Amazing product. The bad reviews are people who bought from a fake based bodyworks website. Yes there are fake ones. You search up based bodywords on google and their are tons of fake websites. You have to do to the real one (basedbodyworks.com) or purchase from amazon. Purchasing from amazon is the best option.

Nobody respond to emails and costume duty cost are to high and didn’t include in the price please AVOID

The workers never gave me my order I ordered since Jan 30th and its almost February 8th, Plus when I tried to cancel my order tiktok denied it and I wasted 20$ on hair clay and texture powder I wouldnt recommend this brand becuase of its shipping issues.
