Placed an order a month ago, emailed customer service last week to find out why package tracking still says “preparing order,” haven’t heard a peep from the company.
I googled them before I placed the order because I didn’t trust the website, but all results showed they seemed to be legit. Take notice, anyone who is thinking of ordering from them: most likely a scam. I wasted $50 on them.

Beautiful photos of clothes drew me in, then I ordered and was still waiting for an update and response to questions a week later...still nothing. I cancelled my order and they say they "partially refunded me" but I've yet to see it... partial is unacceptable, the full amount should be refunded...horrible and lacking service.

Got a response. The items I ordered are "pre-sale" so need more time to be prepared and delivered.
