Ordered a Black Diamond Spot Lumens 300 on Sunday- easy to order and pay - all good.
Got a call an hour later to info that it was in fact, out of stock.
They offered the Black Diamond Astro 300, which has a higher value, at no extra cost to me.
It was delivered today, in only three days.
Great Service- highly recommended.

Great customer service …
Had been looking around for a quality pair of hiking shoes and not finding much success with my shoe size. I visited the base camp store in jervis street and was impressed with the salesperson that I was dealing with. She listened carefully to my requirements and recommended a pair of Merrell moaf 3 shoes. I have since road tested the shoes and they are perfect for my walking needs. I would have no hesitation in making further purchases in this customer focused store.

Excellent service. Ordered two sets of ice grips for shoes on Thursday in advance of the bad weather forecast. They were delivered by DPD yesterday - next day delivery. Items were well packed and in perfect condition and came with 2 complimentary heat packs which were a lovely surprise. Highly recommend. Great to be able to recommend a local Irish website so highly.
