A well matured, but inexperienced cook says...

At the age of 71, I had to start cooking when my wife had a stroke. For 10 years I have been slowly advancing from very basic skills. So it is exhilarating to join Bart van der Lee's club and learn new skills with excellent menus, good tutorials, and plenty of advice on simple cooking skills that transform an ordinary meal into something special. Little touches like resting meat; or converting the juices to a luxurious sauce make all the difference.

Great communication and very helpful

Great communication and very helpful, I attempted to sign up to the affiliate programme multiple times but in the end Bart helped me out and set it for me.

The app itself is very informative. I intend to use it on a regular basis. I keep saying it but it really inspires me to cook outdoor more often.
