They sent foodstuffs that had frozen unusable on the way. Did not agree to take them back free of charge and refund the products. The customer should have paid the return costs, outrageous.

Quick delivery and very nice glasses
Extremely quick delivery to Ireland from Sweden, my second order now from Barshopen and everything good. Broken glasses replaced no quibble. Reasonable prices.
Great service, would definitely use again and highly recommend for glassware collectors. Some very nice glasses in their catalogue!
