First class customer service and with a smile. We had a problem with our logs burning. Phil came out and checked everything but couldn’t find a problem with the logs. However his solution was to replace our whole delivery and this has now been done very quickly and cheerfully. Anymore problems and we will know that it is our wood burner at fault. I have used Barn Logs for a few years now and I have no hesitation in using them again. They are always friendly and helpful in arranging a delivery date, which always arrives as promised. The wood is as described and of excellent burning quality.

We have used Barn logs for 3 years now and their customer service and philosophy on customer experience is second to none. The logs are always first class and burn clean and hot - we have used other suppliers whom claim their logs are kiln dried, however we find that they cause moisture and glass browning whilst burning. Will always use Barn Logs

Honest value. Pleasure to deal with and prompt delivery. Wood cut very uniformly and dropped, as far as practicability possible, where you would like it.
