Team Bark and SOS Geek are the ONLY companies that answered my calls and emails. They sent a human to perform diagnostics on my TV. Geek Squad, Angi list, UBreakWeFixIt, and local repairmen refused to make a service call. THANK YOU for excellent communication and service!

The communication and response was great. The service was great. They took care of everything as promised so I could focus on my family. The negative, many people did not like the taste of the food (Mac and cheese especially). But it was served right and it was hot and they all did a great job taking care of the event during this hard time for me. Thank you for that and thank you bark for getting me a quick response.

I used PC Home Improvements Ltd firstly to jet wash, repair and treat my large garden patio and to clean and repair some leaks on my conserventry roof. I was given a 5 year Guarentee which is worthless as they took the money agreed on but do not respond to telephone calls or emails. There are so many different excusues why they cannot return to correct problems, they should write a book on the subject! I have asked for receipts for my payments but these have all been ignored. So I have no receipts, no back up from them and a worthless 5 year Guarantee. In future, best to use proper professional tradesmen - not someone from a website with no responsibilty for the people they 'recommend' from their website.
