Awful customer service
I ordered some shoes from the website and after just under a week they arrived. I decided not to keep them and opted to return. Barhion have a returns policy which dictates you have to ‘request’ a return otherwise they will not accept the return of the goods. I submitted the request nearly 2 weeks ago, followed by two chaser emails and am still yet to receive any confirmation from them. Non-existent customer service!
