We are sorry to hear you were unhappy however we can't find any order information for your review at all. We put in a request from you for order information but it was rejected or ignored. We don't have any sales or orders under the name of your reviewer account so we need you to get in contact with us if this really was an order from us so we can look into it.
Where you say you were charged £8 for 5 grams of silicone toe support costing £2, we aren't sure what you mean or where you have got these figures from. We don't sell toe separators by the weight and our lightest product (the little toe separator) weighs 5 grams at a current price of £1.99, so £2 would get you 5 grams if you are valuing them by weight? 4 of them would cost you £7.24 with the current multibuy discounts which would give an order weigh of 20 grams.
We will continue to pressure trustpilot to find out more information but if this was a genuine order from us then please contact us immediately so we can resolve this issue.

Just Fantastic
I have bought several items from Bargain Wells and all of them are excellent. I suffer with arthritis so many if my joints, especially my fingers, are swollen. The finger sleeves are particularly great for me as I use them whilst latch hooking and they stop my joints rubbing against the canvas. Delivery is very fast. I will definitely be using them again and I will be recommending them to my friends and family.
