Despite the big pots were very low…
Despite the big pots were very low quality and destroyed ever after exchange! The customer care was very professional and gave us all possible options to exchange it to a smaller one. I will be very happy to deal with them in the future. In general, the products are in a very good quality and very light weight which is a great advantage. My advice that they should give more attention to quality of the big pots as they may be exposed to outside factors than the smaller ones.
