Great customer service over the counter and adaptive to changes to dates at short notice. The return process was simple and straight forward followed by a lift to the Airport. Highly recommended

All went sooooo smoothly from getting picked up at the airport to registering, to driving off and the same when we returned the car.. Staff were friendly and helpful..
Fast and efficient service. Friendly staff. The windscreen cleaning water was empty and was much needed with the light rain. Otherwise the little car was surprisingly comfy for 2 people considering.... See more

I always rent from Bargain as staff are so great
My last trip waited over 35 minutes at airport for bus
Then they have this new do it yourself screen when u arrive
The reason I use bargain is staff atevskways so happy to help but using the screens wasn't fun at all
And then when I returned car was told 30 minute wait for bus so I caught an Uber
Not sure hopefully just a one off bad trip
But normally the staff ate great

While we do aim to have the free shuttle service running constantly during our open hours sometimes due to circumstances out of our control there may be delays that will be addressed as quickly as possible.
Apologies for this as it sounds like you have been left waiting for the shuttle longer than expected.
We have rolled out the self check in tablets at some of our depot locations but if you are wanting we do still aim for there to be a queue to get you to our desk, all feedback around our collections is passed along to our team.

I received great customer service from the staff during pick up and drop off. I had an incident with the car on day one after picking the car but received stress free support from the team. I strongly recommend.

The staff were doing their best with a lot of IT issues but it did affect my experience. I was unable to speak with a person on the phone, or contact the location directly. Their tracking wasn't working for the shuttle so I had no idea if they were coming or not. The new self check in system wasn't working well either.
Aside from technical issues, the staff member pointed to the car without taking us over to it and doing in checks. No information about the car was provided which proved difficult when I discoved during torrential rain that all the windscreen wipers, indicators and lights were back to front.

Ridiculous waiting time for a shuttle…
Ridiculous waiting time for a shuttle at the airport. I thought they had forgotten us there and at the 40 minute mark when we were about to get in an uber the driver arrived. The same people do everything, the poor employees run for the airport, deliver cars, pick up people from the airport, then they run to the counter to do the paperwork, receive the cars back. No wonder there was no-one to pick people from the airport. We hired the car through booking.com including insurance but when we got to collect the car they scared us into buying additional insurance because we were allegedly not covered for accidents involving roos which we finally bought at additional $90 as we were driving 2 hours regional.
