I would use them again.
The whole process was easy and so affordable. The car was very clean and in great condition. There was no wait for the airport shuttle to & from the depot. The staff were lovely. Very happy.

When I arrived
When I arrived, they all explained very well (really sympatic staff... if forgot his name) and offered me an upgrade car.
At the way back, easy to give back the car with a quick check and the shutlle took us back to the airport just after.
Only point the shuttle driver should speak a bit more and explained when we are on the domestic or international airport, If I didn't have paid attention we would have stopped to the domestic one instead of the international (same things to put luggages in the shuttle first for the international airport and second for the doemestic one to avoid to take them off and put it back). Only negative point but we were sunday and end of the day...

Trip to Brisbane
My most gripe was the pick up at the airport as the driver stood back and let women and men load there own suit cases. Maybe fair or enough the men load theres if possible, but the women not on.If the driver has a back issue he should not be working.I also spoke to a lady and daughter who had been waiting over a hour to be pick up,I think that seems quiet excessive.People at the desk were quiet friendly,and the over all experience hiring the car was exceptable

After using your company for 10 years I have my doubts about using the company again. After arriving at your depot at 9.30 waiting for a shuttle only one driver was working. Not good enough.
Doubt that I will be using your company again. Bad management with only one shuttle on for the day. Wednesday the 26th August 2026.

I had a fantastic experience with Bargain Car Rentals at Brisbane Airport. What really stood out was the front desk staff — they took the time to walk me through everything in detail, which I truly appreciated as a visitor driving in Australia for the first time.
They patiently explained the important local road rules, including that you must stop at yellow/amber traffic lights unless it's unsafe to do so, along with other key driving tips. Their thoroughness, warmth, and genuine patience made me feel completely prepared and confident before hitting the road.
It's rare to encounter such attentive and friendly service. A huge thank you to the team for going above and beyond — you turned what could have been a stressful pickup into the highlight of my arrival. Highly recommended!
