Great ordering process and delivery. The shoes that arrived however werent what was ordered. Instead of Triple black, I received Dark Grey ! Order, shipping docs all confirmed it shld be Black. I do not wish to return these as I will be travelling extensively leaving on Saturday.

I ordered a size 10 and received a size 8

The quality of the shoes are not worth the price. Sure, they are comfortable, but if you look at the craftmanship, it should cost 10% of what it does. My right shoe was also larger than my left, indicating it was likely a display model in a store somewhere, or the quality of manufacturing is poorly checked. While they are in the process of refunding me, they have since sent me spam marketing emails every day since my purchase, and only replied to my refund request after chasing them on multiple platforms. This is not a company that puts the customer first.

Ibought a too small pair and Mary has been a star in supoort and solving my problem. Cudo's to her!!

The shoes were very comfortable from the first time I put them on. They are lightweight and easy on the feet for walking around. I like the fact that the heel is elasticated so there is no pressure on the heel.

They are great. Light and comfortable. They feel as if am walking on bare feet. I love them 💗

The initial order was easy, efficient and a pleasure. The issue came with the exchange due to an incorrect size and a swop required. Very long drawn out process with slow response and slow delivery. I requested a delivery address change as it was not delivered as confirmed and I was heading back home to my home. This was confirmed but shoes still delivered to Knysna. Shoes now 280 kms away and I will only be able to collect in December. Disappointed!

A super product not easy to wear any other product after wearing Bearstep. The sizing of the product is an issue and must be addressed.

The buy 1 get 1 free deal is amazing! I loved that. The shoe itself isn't as well made as I expected because the soles is glued to the uppers and not stiched. The service from the consultant Mary was fantastic. However, the return policy isn't great. There's a R200 fee to exchange the shoes for a different size. I wasn't happy about that. I have only been wearing the shoes for a couple of days so I can't comment on that in great detail except to say that I still have pain from my shin splints.

After a mix-up at the factory, I waited quite a while for my 3.0 Barestep 'sneakers'. They're comfortable and fit well. For my troubled knees and feet, the previous version 2.0 is much better though. It cured my knee & hip pain almost instantly. The 3.0 version is a comfy sneaker, but does not seem have the magic contained in my first pair, th 2.0 version.

These shoes are life-changing. I wear them hiking in the woods, at the beach, I walked 20,000 steps in NYC the other day ... and NEVER had an ache, a pain or a blister. Then I switched out for other shoes for a few hours and immediately had cramps, shooting pains etc. My physical therapist wears them too.

The ordering process was not user friendly. Delivery however went fast and received shoes in couple of days.
Barestep shoes are great and helps with pain in feet due to Neuropathy.
I can recomend the product.

When I ordered they said that a size 8 would be a South African Size 8. Instead it was a UK8 and Therefore a SA Size 7.
I had a feet operation and my feet are regularly swollen. I need a Size. 9 UKWomen
