This was genuinely one of THE WORST online shopping experiences I’ve EVER had.

I placed my order on March 28 and didn’t receive it until April 29, over a month later. This was especially disappointing because I purchased the shoes for my mother’s birthday. Communication throughout the process was poor, and there was very little transparency regarding the delay.

What made the experience even worse was the return process. I needed to return the shoes because the closed toe portion fit loosely around my mother’s feet and did not fit properly. However, there was no clear or accessible way to initiate a return through the website. I had to search for the customer service email through a series of channels (I’m 26 and capable of searching online) and then email customer service THREE separate times before finally receiving the return form.

To make matters worse, I was then informed that the return shipping cost through USPS would be $70.30 for an item that only cost $54.00. Charging customers more to return an item than the item itself is completely unreasonable.

Overall, the entire experience was frustrating, disorganized, and incredibly disappointing. I would strongly caution anyone considering ordering from this company unless they are prepared for extremely long shipping times, poor communication, and a very difficult return process.

Large discount! The process was fast, easy and accurate. In 2025 I bought your black shoe in this style. It’s been so comfortable and holds up very well with frequent use!

Don't even! This company is another chinese scam. The amount of $$ it will take to mail the cheap faux suede boots I got is not worth it and they know that, thats why they offer 75% back for you to purchase another pair of bad faux shoes. The delivery was efficient but that was it. This this is my fault. I should have read the about the materials first and also the reviews first before ordering. Live and Learn!

I ordered a pair of shoes based on their size chart and the shoes I received were still too small -- getting the run around through email because you cannot talk to someone directly -- it has taken so long to get the information I needed to take the next step only to find out the option for a full refund is to return them back to China which they initially implied they were a company in the UK -- or I can keep them and receive a 75% store credit -- setting myself up for having the same problem -- very deceiving website and company -- not to mention the shoes are not of the quality they say they are -- what a disappointment -- BUYER BEWARE!!!

Ordered Sandals from this company. When I received them the smell of chemicals was so overpowering. I had to put it outside in the hallway. I've been waiting 2 weeks with multiple emails back and forth for a refund and how to return these shoes and still I'm left with toxic shoes and no information on how to get a refund after 2 weeks.

Buyer beware. I wouldn't even give them one star, except that I couldn't write further without picking something. This company is a scam. The shoes I bought showed a nice pair of leather clogs. What I received was a knock off material pair. Don't buy from here. Also, everything comes from China, although they advertise that items come from the UK. They will give you the run around when you confront them.

I order my usual size shoe and the shoes I received were at least 2 sizes to small. Now I have to pay for return shipping to China. I usually check the company of origin. Just one more reminder to myself to check what country I am ordering from and to never order anything from China

The shoes are cheap and you have to pay to return them to CHINA! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
