We are very sorry about your disappointing experience and do sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this has caused you.

Unfortunately, your parcel was lost in transit, which is a rare situation, and we fully understand how frustrating this must have been.

As soon as we became aware of the issue, we offered to resend your order immediately. This process does take time, as we rely on our shipping partners to confirm the shipping status of parcels.

You then requested a full refund, which we processed right away, we always aim to resolve matters as quickly as possible.

As a small companyu we try to do our best to provide reliable and supportive service, we are truly sorry that this experience has not reflected that.
