Very happy with the quality and the services + Delivery

Recently bought a Muffik XXL set for my two-year-old daughter and she absolutely loves it😍 The different textures keep her busy for ages and it has quickly become her favourite activity at home.

In the UK and my order arrived within six days, well packaged and in perfect condition. Really happy with the quality and the service🙏

We got a sensory mat set for my niece…

We got a sensory mat set for my niece and they have turned out to be a wonderful present. She immediately started exploring all the different textures and colours, and it has become part of her daily play, it seems helping a lot improving her balance and confidence while walking. The quality of the mats is excellent, I am very pleased with the purchase and would happily recommend these mats to anyone looking for something fun and also beneficial for a child.

Company is a scam

Company is a scam!
I purchased some sensory mats for my autistic son for a birthday present. After a weeks delay I still haven’t received my order and all the company does is give false promises that they will resend the order. No tracking information sent. AVOID!

As soon as we became aware of the issue, we offered to resend your order immediately. This process does take time, as we rely on our shipping partners to confirm the shipping status of parcels.

You then requested a full refund, which we processed right away, we always aim to resolve matters as quickly as possible.

As a small companyu we try to do our best to provide reliable and supportive service, we are truly sorry that this experience has not reflected that.

Great job Barefoot Kids!

I ordered some Muffik Mats for Christmas from Barefoot Kids. I received an email saying my order was complete, but no tracking number or shipping information. I emailed customer support to ask about my order. Even with the time difference (I’m in Seattle, WA), I received very timely replies. Unfortunately, the shipping company couldn’t find my package. Barefoot Kids shipped a replacement package right away with expedited shipping. My mats are under the Christmas tree right now. I’m 100% happy with my experience and would definitely order again and recommend them to my friends.

No goods…..scam?

I ordered a few weeks ago and unfortunately haven’t recieved anything. I emailed the customer service team and did get a reply, although it did raise my suspicion that it was a fraudulent company. It didn’t quite read right and whilst they said they would look into it as a matter of utmost urgency it is almost another week and still not had any further communication - or the package!!

Extra Stars!!

Seeing as BarefootKids UK has no reviews I'm happy to be the first. I wanted to buy some Muffik mats and was unsure about where to buy from, having seen BarefootKids uk on Instagram I wldove right in and bought 2 sets. But after a couple days having no dispatch email I got worried especially after checking on trust pilot seeing no review then got me worried. BUT I rose my concerns to them and their customer service IS UNFAULTABLE just purely amazing! Quick response rand they realised there had been some sort of an issue along the line found a quick solution and parcel arrived within 2 days. I will most definitely be buying from them again, I will encourage anyone to buy through them too! Quick dispatch, amazing customer support, amazing quality, great instagram page. From my own personal experience NO FAULT POSSIBLE and if I could give more than 5 stars I would.
