Amazing Customer service
Had a great experience with Barbury hill. Placed an order on the Sunday to be delivered on the Tuesday - which it did. Unfortunately it was damaged in transit and arrived broken. I phoned up advising it was a gift for a birthday present, sent them a photo of it by email and they sent a new one which was delivered the next day! Even had a email to check in to make sure everything was okay. Amazing customer service! Thank you!

Poor value for money
Poor value for money. What arrived (cheese wine charcuterie) was all good. But the price was just way too high for what we got. You can buy the same locally for half the price.
