I ordered the barber magic pencil and I didn't receive my product. I contacted them and they said they will investigate and get back to me. I haven't heard any since and its been nearly a year. Ill never buy anything from them again. Lucky it was only a pencil!

This guy is a rip off merchant.
We bought an expensive pair of clippers from him for our barber shop.
The clippers arrived with a US plug attached. No mention of this fact on his webpage.
We unwrapped the clipper and the casing looked old. We both said these look like a used clippers not new clippers, but we were not sure so we just thought to ourselves nah he wouldnt sell a used clipper as a new clipper.
The next day my wife plugged them in using a US to UK inverter. She began using the clipper and after about the 4th stroke of the clipper it suddenly smoked and blew up! No warning, just instant.
We contacted Barbergear using his contact page explained what happened and waited for his response.
He ignored us. No response.
We contacted again. Ignored again.
We found a phone number on facebook but he does not answer the phone.
He has no phone number or address on his website but he says at the top of his website that he has been trading since 2006.
That statement gave us confidence to buy. It's a lie!
Companies house has him changing his business name every so often with no accounts filed.
His address turns out to be a closed run down looking shop.
Dont touch him with a bargepole!
He will take your money and run.
It says at the bottom of this review that I can tick the box to let barbergear know about my review.
I dont think I will tick this box. Given the type of person he is he will just change his business name and rip other people off under a different name.
I will inform his local trading standards office.
