Good prices and great customer's service. I would highly recommend.

I had ordered a show model (Weber performer deluxe) on 28 november, received a confirmation email saying that store is open 7 days. I visited immediately and hellotv staff said that barbecue shop is closed for 2 weeks. Such a disappointment! Couple of days later I got another email saying that barbecue is ready to pick up. I visited again, emptying my car, removing child seat etc. in the store nobody knows anything about barbecue shop related issues. I went to upstair by myself and tried to find the bbq and realized that they put my name on a wrong model which is much cheaper one. I asked staff about it but they don't know anything. I really feel like this company is a SCAM! Nobody knows anything! I didnt get what kind of business and service is this. They promised to call me but I haven't received any call or message still. It's been 3 weeks and I still don't have bbq. I missed all the black Friday promotions from other websites due to this messy company. Plus I visited their store 2 times for nothing! Such a terrible experience. Stay away from these guys! I think they should shut down their website and sell only TV if they are not willing to give any service for bbq.

Good service a one great product

We have a great experience shopping at Barbecue shop. We asked for recommendations on best gas barbecue and the Napoleon 365 is up to our expectations. Sturdy structure, nice design and great for grilling.

I asked for a discount via the contact page and get a greeat deal, then i had a chat online next day and combined it with the accessories and it was very quick response with a great deal.

Justin was of great help. I ordered online a weber gas barbeque, i got a nice discount for it and the accessories.

Very good experience shopping there. I sent an email to Robin and he got me a good deal. Very responsive, answering all questions. Excellent treatment. one week later I recieved my bbq at home and works wonders.

The only "down" point is that the 1-day delivery was not a reality. After payment, it takes 2-3 days to arrive to barbecueshop and then, they send it. Since there was a weekend in between, it took 6 days to arrive in total. Got a Weber performance deluxe and couldn't be happier.
