My overall experience has been good but I have had ongoing problems with burr holders going bad since I bought this grinder. I know what you need to do to avoid breaking them but it hasn’t worked for me on this grinder.

I spoke with someone and they helped me choose which part to order. They sent me a video so I would know how to replace it. They sent me an e-mail to check that everything went well. Amazing support!

Very helpful customer rep. He asked intelligent questions to figure out why my grinder wasn’t working and sent me replacement parts free and they arrived in a free days. We were able to fix the machine with the instructions which had links to YouTube videos. It wasn’t easy but we did it and machine works great.

Probably the best customer service I've ever had. I called their number and mentioned that a part in my machine was broken and they sent me two at no cost, no questions asked. When I was putting together my machine again I noticed another part was worn, so I followed up and they sent the needed part for free again! Truly exceptional and worth praise.
