I placed an order with BandOffAds on October 5. They contacted me on October 12 with the creator's info and the shipping address, and said that I would receive the content within 2-3 days of the product being delivered. I shipped two units of my product to the creator on October 22, which were delivered on October 24. I sent two messages to them to inform them that the products had been shipped, and to ask them to confirm delivery. None of my messages received a response. Today is November 12. Up until now, there has been no response from them, no updates, nothing. I would absolutely not recommend this company to anyone. You'd probably be better off finding a content creator and working directly with them to create your UGCs.

They really make great test ads, for real!! You just have to give them detailed benefits of your product plus your product page, along with similar ads other people have done, and you'll get a great result!

Videos are perfect as always with content being high quality and hooks and ad copy being great as always highly recommend to anyone looking to get high converting voideos done

If you ask them something they will do it without question. They really helping you to get a viral video. They give you an ad copy framework which is very good because it allows you to apply the same structure for your other organic videos if you want to do some.

Everything is clear and in details...you just have to provide your information and it is done. Someone is always available to speak to if you need to edit anything. They are very fast to reply.

I can't even begin to describe my frustration with them. What was supposed to be a smooth, professional experience has turned into an absolute nightmare. I have been completely scammed.

They promised a 48-hour delivery for the content and revisions, but it's now been over two months since I requested revisions, and I'm still waiting. The communication has been an absolute joke. They respond, promise to get things done, and then disappear. The revision process is nowhere near the professional service they advertise.

They had me send my product, promised timely delivery, and then delivered subpar content that didn't even meet the basic requirements I provided. Even after detailed feedback, nothing has been done to correct it.

If you're considering working with them, I urge you to think twice. The service is unreliable, and customer satisfaction is clearly not their priority. My experience has been a huge disappointment, and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I have contacted you 8 times since Sep 10 (1.5 months ago which was the last time I heard from you) via the order chat and 7 times via the customer support chat without any reply either.

The 'reply' you gave here is extremely deceitful as I find it very hard to believe that you couldn't locate my order given how much I've tried to chase you to get updates.

They claim they can do any product but then use other companies products. When i asked for a review they said they couldnt find any other clips, that i would have to supply them. They even suggested 'blurring' out the brand for the other company, which is false advertising as well as using another companies product to sell yours will get you reported and probably banned. Asked for a refund given they cannot deliver and they tried to get me to take a credit for a different product, but actually suggest that i use footage for products that arent mine. No integrity! Not a good company at all.

Just find video editors with AI online, put your own effort in, which is way better than these guys!

Great Video with good text!

terrible UCG video, takes forever to receive it. You have to emailed them multiple time in order to get your video, although they advertised only some business days to deliver. The creator DID NOT follow any instructions nor scripts you provided. The creator even mentioned another brand in my video and she filmed my video in front of her toilet. Also she flipped her video and shows my product writing in wrong direction. Terrible experience.
I emailed them more than 10 times to ask them to revise or refund and return my product, they keep silent, no response and EAT $150 for 1 trash video + the expensive product I sent (although they said product will be return with prepaid label). Such a scammer.
