Worse experience

I was gambling a lot on this site, but forcing players to own Rust just to open daily crates feels unfair. Now I have Rust, because i bought - but still I can't open free daily crates. A lot of players have exactly problem like me.

Hey there, sorry you feel that way about our FREE promotions.
This was a necessary step for us to reduce botting activity on the site, so that we can give more rewards to actual players.
Owning Rust for a site that revolves around Rust is not an unusual requirement, and one we believe most of our legitimate player base should be able to achieve easily. Furthermore, you can bypass this requirement if your account is deemed trustworthy enough.

A Step Backward

The recent change that requires players to own Rust in order to open daily crates is a significant downgrade for many in the community. Previously, the system allowed everyone to enjoy the small but rewarding process of opening these crates, regardless of their access to the game. Now, forcing players to own Rust just to open what used to be a simple, routine feature feels restrictive and unnecessary.

This update turns what was once a fun, accessible part of the day into an annoyance for those who don't own the game. It discourages potential players and alienates those who enjoyed this free interaction. Overall, it’s a move in the wrong direction, reducing the appeal of a feature that many looked forward to daily.

Banning for no reason

I enjoyed playing on my account. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose - it's a casino. But when I woke up I saw that my account was blocked for multi-accounting. I understood that this could be due to the fact that my brother was playing on HIS account on a shared computer. Having written to support, they gave me absolutely no proof and said that I could not appeal this decision. They don’t care that in my country they only provide electricity for a couple of hours a day, that the IP changes literally every day due to constant attacks on the energy sector, and so on. If they can block my account without evidence, then why can't they block yours? Terrible experience

Hey there, sorry for your experience. If our system deems your account to be automated, it is usually from clear indicators. This automation is then also reviewed by a staff member before being applied. Failing both these checks usually means your account is found to be botted at some stage. This could also be due to using a bad VPN which groups you together with other bad actors. Please note we do not place ban accounts easily, this is almost always a manual review.

Used to be good

If you don't have rust now, you won't be able to get free stuff anymore. They also decreased the chances of winning on some games, People do get stuff but it's rigged.

Hey there, our games are provably fair, we cannot rig your outcomes. You can still claim rewards, the rust requirement is to reduce botting.

It's an okay site

It's an okay site. Although it seems like being a long time member used to have more benefits and the admins used to hook the VIP's up every now and then. I've only ever asked twice over the past like 3yrs and only ever got a response once, yet others that are lower lvl than me apparently get "juice" all the time. And now there's so many VIP people that the thousands you've spent over the years means nothing to them anyway. However, on the bright side i can say that the site is indeed legit and is a very fun site with alot of rewards compared to nearly any other skin gambling site out there. The level up cases have decent prizes in them which makes leveling up kind of exciting.

Thank you for changing your reviews over time :) VIP perks are something we are actively working on as we balance the growing amount of high level players. There are things coming soon to address our loyal players.
