Excellent! But try not to outsource your services.
I’m really happy with Banca Etica; all the staff are the best I’ve come across in the banking sector and I’m completely satisfied with the service provided. I have only encountered problems with two aspects: the customer support managed via the freephone number 800 776 413 and the Nexi customer service. In both cases, it is very difficult to speak to an operator (there are cumbersome automated systems that do not work well at all) and even if you manage to get through, the problem is not easily resolved.
