Excellent customer service
Recently placed my first order with Banba toys. It was an online order as I don't live nearby. There was an issue with my order, and it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Excellent customer service, far exceeded my expectations. The staff member that I dealt with was so professional and could not have been nicer. Highly recommend.
