While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Toxic Leadership and Exploitative…

Toxic Leadership and Exploitative Business Practices

I strongly advise against working with or for Across The Globe (ATG) / Banao.

The company is run by a founder, Saurabh Bassi, who lacks basic professional decency and human respect. Their core business strategy is to hire junior developers and interns for a fraction of the market cost (around 5k INR/month), and then force them to do senior-level architecture and system design under extreme pressure.

If you are a client, you should know that your products are being built by severely underpaid, overworked interns who are constantly threatened with termination. If you are a developer applying here, stay away. The founder routinely screams at interns on video calls, publicly humiliates them, and expects "Meta and Google" level engineering for an intern stipend. It is a highly toxic, exploitative environment where employees are treated like cheap, disposable tools.

All the reviews are fake

All the reviews are fake, they hire BA for parttime and pay them 1000rs to give good and 5 star reviews across all the platform, trust me i was once a senior Product manager there, they have a team of 200+ people all of them are interns from collage working on a bare minimum payout, even the managers are kids form tier 3 collages, i have seen the condition and lies they sell, they will edit the resumes and of their dev teams to fake their experience. don't fall for them.
